摘要：动物检疫是畜牧兽医工作中一个基础的、重要的环节，在畜牧兽医工作中占有重要位置，关系到动物的健康状况、疫病的流行防控及畜产品的安全。该文针对黑龙江省畜牧兽医工作中动物检疫的实际情况，对动物检疫工作的重要性进行阐述，对动物检疫工作中存在的检疫设施设备不完善、工作人员对检疫工作不太重视等问题，以及及工动物检疫工作现状进行分析总结，以期完善基础设施设备，提高一线工作人员的重视程度，为动物养殖和畜产品安全保驾护航。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Animal Quarantine in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Work WANG Dongbao

Abstract：Animal quarantine is a basic and important link in animal husbandry and veterinary work，and plays an important role in animal husbandry and veterinary work，which is related to animal health，epidemic prevention and control，safety of animal products and health of consumers. Based on the actual situation of animal quarantine in animal husbandry and veterinary work in Heilongjiang，this paper expounds the importance of animal quarantine work，this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the animal quarantine work，such as the imperfect quarantine facilities and equipment，the workers paying little attention to the quarantine work，and the current situation of the animal quarantine work，with a view to perfecting the infrastructure and equipment，to enhance the attention of front-line staff for the safety of animal breeding and animal products escort.

動物检验检疫在畜禽养殖、畜禽产品加工等过程中起着关键作用禽。加强畜禽养殖过程中的动物检疫工作，可及时有效地掌握畜禽养殖场中疫病情况，为黑龙江省科学养殖、合理防控提供科学依据，降低畜禽疾病给本地区养殖业带来不良影响，提高畜禽养殖场的经济效益和社会效益，推动黑龙江省畜禽养殖业持续稳定健康发展。

1动物检疫意义

动物检疫是畜牧兽医工作中最为重要的一环，具有非常特殊的重要意义。在动物检疫过程中，可以尽早发现一些动物疾病。根据病原微生物学及病情流行情况，及时对发病畜禽采取紧急措施（如：划定疫区、隔离封锁、无害化处理、紧急免疫接种等），对疫区内的其他畜禽采取预防接种、紧急接种等有效的防控措施，提高畜禽免疫力，降低畜禽发病率，确保畜禽健康生长发育，防止畜禽疾病给动物健康及养殖业带来疾病危害，减少养殖风险，增加畜禽养殖业的经济效益和社会效益，保障畜禽养殖业健康、稳定、持续、科学地发展禽[1]。……
