摘要：微生物发酵饲料是现阶段饲料行业广泛研究的饲料品种，饲料原料通过微生物发酵处理后可以有效降低其中的抗营养因子和有毒有害物质的含量，改善饲料品质，提高饲料的营养价值。近年微生物发酵饲料在生猪养殖中的应用获得良好的效果，对于生猪的采食量、平均日增重和料重比等生产性能均具有改善作用，促进生猪养殖产业的发展。该文对微生物发酵饲料的特点及在生猪养殖产业中的应用进行介绍，促进微生物发酵饲料的推广应用及生猪养殖产业的科学发展。

Application of Microbial Fermented Feed in Pig Breeding

Abstract：Microbial fermented feed is a widely studied feed variety in the feed industry at the present stage. The content of anti- nutritional factors and toxic and harmful substances in the feed materials can be effectively reduced and the feed quality can be improved by microbial fermentation，improving the nutritive value of feed. In recent years，the application of microbial fermented feed in pig breeding has obtained good effect，which can improve the feed intake，average daily gain and feed-to-weight ratio of pigs，and promote the development of pig breeding industry. In this paper，the characteristics and application of microbial fermented feed in pig breeding industry were introduced to promote the popularization and application of microbial fermented feed and the scientific development of pig breeding industry.

0引言

畜禽养殖产业快速发展，畜禽养殖的规模和数量不断增加，对于养殖饲料的需求量也不断提高，传统饲料原料短缺，非常规饲料原料的开发及饲料利用率的改善受到广泛关注。发酵工艺在饲料行业中的应用可以有效开发部分非常规饲料原料，缓解传统饲料原料短缺的现状，对于传统饲料原料的发酵处理可以降解饲料中大分子营养物质，提高饲料的饲用价值，改善畜禽对饲料营养物质的消化吸收，提高生产性能，促进我国畜禽养殖产业健康发展。微生物发酵饲料还具有安全、绿色、高效等优质特点，在生猪养殖中具有广阔的开发前景。

1微生物发酵饲料的应用价值

我国生猪养殖产业朝着规模化、集约化方向快速发展，无抗养殖的推广使得绿色生猪养殖成为未来发展的方向。……
