摘要：羊支原体肺炎具有高度接触性和传染性，尽管病原对外界的抵抗能力较差，但是一旦侵入羊机体，会引发一系列的临床症状，同时还会造成羊群出现不同程度的免疫抑制。羊支原体肺炎主要对羊的呼吸系统构成严重的损伤，根据发病情况划分为最急性型、急性型和慢性型3种。养殖场中一旦出现支原体肺炎，需要消耗更多的时间和精力，投入更多的成本用于整群的净化。为有效防范该病在养殖场中传播流行，需要建立预防为主的理念，加强对羊群猪群的针对性管理，妥善进行免疫接种，定期检测血清，及时淘汰隐性感染羊，对羊群做出有效的净化处置。笔者该文主要论述羊支原体肺炎的诊断和治疗措施。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Abstract：Mycoplasmal pneumonia of sheep is highly contagious and contagious. Although the pathogen has a poor resistance to the outside world，once it invades sheep，it will cause a series of clinical symptoms，at the same time，it will cause different degrees of immunosuppression in sheep. Mycoplasmal pneumonia of sheep can be divided into three types：acute type，subacute type and chronic type. Once the mycoplasma pneumonia appears in the farm，it needs to consume more time and energy，and invest more cost for the purification of the whole group. In order to effectively prevent the spread of the disease in the farms，it is necessary to establish the concept of prevention-oriented，strengthen the targeted management of the pig herd，properly carry out immunization，regularly test the serum，and promptly eliminate the recessive infected sheep，effective decontamination of the sheep.This article mainly discusses the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma ovine pneumonia.

目前有关支原体肺炎如何感染羊及其致病机理尚未完全研究清楚，支原体具有很强的吸附能力，能穿透细胞膜。病原体侵入机体后，会在羊的肺脏绒毛膜表面大量吸附，并逐渐与宿主细胞融合成一体，对细胞间的信息交流产生干扰。通常情况下，支原体肺炎阻碍RNA、DNA与蛋白质之间的交流，造成细胞破损，引发呼吸系统严重病变。支原体肺炎无细胞壁，大小介于病毒和细菌之间，对多种抗生素不敏感，大多数药物难以起到有效的治疗效果。因此，需要将预防为主的理念充分融入日常养殖管理中，加强对环境的针对性清理，通过落实严格的卫生消毒制度，降低环境中病原的数量，保证养殖安全。……
