摘要：羊生产瘫痪又被称为羊产后瘫痪，是羊生产阶段发病率较高的一种营养代谢性疾病。羊生产瘫痪大多发生在妊娠母羊怀孕后期或生产前几天，主要是因为母羊的血糖、血钙显著降低，营养和能量供给不足，引发严重的营养代谢障碍，繁殖母羊不能正常站立、正常泌乳。羊生产瘫痪的发病原因十分复杂，尤其是冬春季节发病率较高。高产羊的发病几率最高，大多数羊群表现为精神状态变差，不能正常采食，如果没有做出有效的诊断和治疗，短时间内会出现死亡，养殖场繁殖母羊利用率显著下降，不利于提高养殖效益。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Sheep Production Paralysis

Abstract：Sheep paralysis is also called postpartum paralysis of sheep. It is a nutritional and metabolic disease with a high incidence in the production stage of sheep. Sheep production paralysis mostly occurs in the late pregnancy or a few days before delivery. The main reason is that the blood sugar and calcium of the ewes are significantly reduced，and the nutrition and energy supply are insufficient，which causes severe nutritional and metabolic disorders. The breeding ewes cannot stand normally. Normal lactation. The causes of sheep production paralysis are very complicated，especially in winter and spring. High-yielding sheep have the highest chance of morbidity. Most flocks show poor mental status and cannot eat normally. If effective diagnosis and treatment are not made，death will occur in a short period of time，and the utilization rate of breeding ewes on the farm will be significantly reduced. It is not conducive to improving the efficiency of breeding.

羊養殖产业发展过程中，掌握羊常见疾病的针对性诊断方法和防治措施，是保证羊群健康生长发育、扩大养殖规模、增加养殖效益的关键环节。羊生产瘫痪是生产阶段的高发病和常发病，典型的临床特征是咽喉、舌头、肠道、四肢失去知觉，任何品种的羊都可以发生，其中高产山羊，尤其是2～4胎次的高产山羊发病流行率最高。养殖管理人员应从加强疾病发病原因调查入手，掌握引起羊生产瘫痪的具体原因，构建综合性的防控方案，确保在短时间内控制病情。

1发病原因

舍饲羊养殖是将羊群固定在圈舍中，缺乏运动，产奶量过高，妊娠末期能量饲料的添加量过多、采食营养过于丰富的饲料都可以成为诱发该种疾病发生的因素。妊娠母羊进入生产阶段后，由于体内的血糖血钙呈现逐渐下降趋势，大量能量物质消耗，随着初乳大量钙质排出，机体钙元素供给不足引发钙元素缺乏。……
