摘要：猪便秘是猪内科疾病中的一种常发病和高发病，是由粪便在肠腔中长时间蓄积而肠腔被完全阻塞所引发的一种非传染性疾病。该病主要发生在年龄较小的母猪群中，妊娠后期和分娩不久的母猪也容易出现便秘症状。造成猪便秘的原因十分复杂，主要包括饲养管理不当，饲料搭配不合理，饲料中存在大量的粗纤维或者长时间饮水不足，饲料不清洁，混杂大量泥沙和异物，突然更换饲料等。该病发病前期症状不明显，发病较为缓慢，进入末期后，患病猪的临床症状十分严重，如果不及时采取措施进行防控，短时间内就会造成猪群中毒死亡。该文结合实际工作经验，探讨猪便秘的发病原因和临床表现，并提出中药防治猪便秘症的方法，希望对广大同行有一定帮助。

Causes of Pig Constipation and its Prevention and Cure with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Constipation in pigs is a common and high incidence disease in swine internal medicine，which is a non-infectious disease caused by the accumulation of feces in the intestinal lumen for a long time and the complete obstruction of the intestinal lumen. The disease mainly occurs in younger sows，and sows in late gestation and shortly after delivery are also prone to constipation symptoms. The causes of pig constipation are very complicated，mainly including improper feeding management，unreasonable feed mix，large amount of crude fiber in the feed or long time insufficient water，unclean feed，mixed with large amount of sediment and foreign matter，sudden change of feed，etc.The symptoms of the disease are not obvious in the early stage of the disease，and the disease develops slowly，but at the end of the disease，the clinical symptoms of the sick pigs are very serious，and if no timely measures are taken for prevention and control，the pigs will be poisoned and die within a short time. This paper combined with practical work experience，discuss the causes and clinical manifestations of pig constipation，and put forward the method of Chinese medicine to prevent and control pig constipation，hope it will be helpful to the majority of colleagues.

猪便秘是因为粪便变硬、变干不能正常排出，蓄积在肠腔中堵塞肠道的一种疾病。该病一年四季均可流行，任何年龄、品种的猪都可以发生，但以年龄较小的猪和妊娠阶段、生产阶段的母猪发病率最高，多发生于结肠部位。便秘是猪内科疾病中流行率相对较高的一种非传染性疾病，引起该病的原因十分复杂，如饲料中粗纤维含量过多，饮用水不清洁，母猪妊娠后期缺乏运动或者分娩后肠道迟缓等，均会造成便秘症状的出现。另外某些热性疾病，如慢性胃肠道疾病和肠道传染性疾病、寄生虫病等也会导致便秘。……
