摘要：奶牛乳腺炎是由多种致病因素影响，病原大量侵入机体产生毒素所引发的一种炎症病变。长期以来，在奶牛乳腺炎治疗过程中，很多养殖户坚持西药治疗，大剂量、多种类地使用抗生素，这种治疗方法一方面造成了乳制品当中的抗生素残留超标，另一方面使得病原的耐药性显著增强，多种药物的防控效果逐渐变差。我国中医中草药在治疗奶牛乳腺炎方面有着得天独厚的优势，具有协同治疗的作用，将中草药应用到奶牛乳腺炎治疗当中，能够取得很好的治疗效果。

Study on the Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine in the Treatment of Mastitis in Dairy Cows

Abstract：Mastitis in dairy cattle is an inflammatory lesion caused by a large number of pathogenic factors that invade the organism and produce toxins. For a long time，in the treatment of mastitis in cows，many farmers insist on Western medicine，using antibiotics in large doses and in many types，which on the one hand causes the antibiotic residues in dairy products to exceed the standard，and on the other hand makes the pathogen resistance significantly increased，and the prevention and control effect of various drugs gradually becomes worse. Chinese herbal medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows and has a synergistic therapeutic effect，and the application of herbal medicine to the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows can achieve very good therapeutic results.

乳腺炎是奶牛养殖领域发病率最高的一类生殖系统疾病，全世界2.2亿头奶牛中有超过30%的奶牛患有各种类型的乳腺炎[1]。乳腺炎在奶牛群中流行后，会严重影响到奶牛的正常泌乳，造成大量乳汁废弃，病情严重的，会影响奶牛的健康，导致奶牛不能正常发情、受胎，从而降低繁殖母牛的使用年限。从经济角度来看，奶牛乳腺炎已经成为威胁整个养殖产业健康发展的主要生殖系统疾病之一。目前关于奶牛乳腺炎已经有了大量的临床研究，但尚未取得很好的效果。我国中医倡导协同治疗，近年来的临床实践发现，中草药在治疗奶牛乳腺炎方面有着得天独厚的优势，值得在临床上推广应用。

1材料与方法
