【摘要】 本文通過对高职院校实验室建设的现状进行详细分析，从建立开放式实验室管理模式和扩大实验设备使用率两个方面阐述了产教融合背景下高职院校实验室建设标准。

Talking about the Construction Standards of Teaching Laboratories in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation of laboratory construction in higher vocational colleges，this paper expounds the laboratory construction standards in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the integration of production and education from two aspects of establishing the open laboratory management mode and expanding the utilization rate of experimental equipment.

国家对教育越来越重视，明确提出要培养创新精神和实践能力的专业人才。实践教学在高职院校教学部分占有很大的比例，实验室则是实践教学活动的重要场所，高职院校实验室更是进行实践教学和社会服务的重要平台，其对教学和人才的培养有着深远影响。因此，实验室建设具有重要的意义。

1 高职院校实验室建设现状分析

1.1 实验室总体管理模式

传统的高职院校实验室管理仍然是校内人工管理，管理模式单一，主要由各个二级学院指派实验室管理员具体管理，学校实训科再统筹管理各二级学院，相关课程专任教师进行实践教学。现在高职院校都在大力推进校企合作，合作模式主要以订单班、学徒制、“1+X”及专任教师下企业锻炼为主，在实验室建设方面略显薄弱。很多高职院校土建类的实践教学活动普遍还是教师带领学生在实验室或其他实训场地进行教与学的工作，针对实训课上出现的研究对象进行研究分析、检测、绘制算量等，研究对象过于单一。高职院校实验室人才队伍建设落后也是目前比较严峻的一个问题，学校对实验室人才队伍建设不够重视，实验系列的老师待遇低，导致专职从事实践教学活动的教师质量和数量急速下降。……
