[摘    要]机械制造业一直以来就是我国经济发展的支柱性基础产业，其经济指标在我国工业产业中所占比例最大，在推进我国经济增长方面起着非常重要的作用。随着新时代的到来，我国科技发展突飞猛进，越来越多的先进技术应用到了传统的制造业当中，其中自动化控制技术在机械制造业中得到了广泛使用。文章对自动化控制技术在机械制造中的应用进行了讨论和分析，对自动化控制的特点展开了论述。

[Abstract]China's machinery manufacturing industry has always been the pillar basic industry of our party and national economy， and its economic indicators account for the largest proportion in our party and national industry， which plays a very important role in promoting our party's economic growth. With the advent of the new era， China's rapid development of science and technology， more and more science and technology are applied to the traditional manufacturing industry， in which automation control technology has been rapid development in the machinery manufacturing industry， this paper will mainly discuss and analyze the development trend of automation control technology in machinery manufacturing， and discuss the characteristics and application of automation control.

1 自動化控制技术概念

自动化泛指所有的机器设备、系统或者生产过程，在没有人工的直接参与下，按照技术要求，经过自动检测、信息处理、分析判断、操纵控制，达到预期的目标^[1]。随着科技的发展和生产效率与加工精度的需要，自动化控制得到迅猛发展。控制系统中的控制可分为两种，分别为自动控制和人工控制^[2]。自动控制就是在无人的情况下，利用自动化控制系统，使得生产工艺过程或者所控制物体的某个物理变化（例如温度，压力，液面，流量，速度，位移等）准确地按规律进行^[2]。自动化控制系统按控制作用的特点可分为恒值控制系统、程序控制系统和随动控制系统。按控制系统有无反馈可分为开环控制系统和闭环控制系统，其中开环控制系统指输出端与输入端之间无反馈通道，闭环控制系统指输出端与输入端之间存在着反馈通道。……
