[摘    要]随着我国社会经济的发展和进步，各行业企业的生产技术与生产方式在不断更新。化工自动化仪表在化工企业的应用就越来越多。其作用是对企业的生产工艺以及质量进行优化和控制，提升化工企业的生产效率。影响自动化仪表运行主要在于仪表的安装与管理，同时也影响了化工企业的生产与效益。文章分析化工自动化仪表的含义与分类，说明仪表安装和管理需要注意的问题，最后对仪表的安装与管理优化提出了建议，希望可以为我国化工企业的发展贡献力量。

[Abstract]With the development and progress of my country's social economy， the production technology and production methods of various industries and enterprises are constantly updated， and the application of chemical automation instruments in chemical enterprises is increasing. The role of chemical automation instrumentation in a chemical enterprise is to optimize and control the production process and quality of the enterprise， and to improve the production efficiency of the chemical enterprise. The main influence on the operation of automated instrumentation lies in the installation and management of the instrument， and it also affects the production and efficiency of chemical enterprises. The article first analyzes the meaning and classification of chemical automation instruments， and secondly explains the problems that need attention in instrument installation and management， and finally puts forward suggestions on instrument installation and management optimization， hoping to contribute to the development of chemical enterprises in my country.

1 化工自動化仪表含义与分类

1.1 化工自动化仪表含义

化工自动化仪表也就是“信息机器”，主要作用是转换信息形式，根据频率以及时间域呈现以及转换信号。还可以调制信号的传输，使相关的数字以及信息直接以数字的方式呈现。当下的化工企业生产过程中，为了降低操作人员的劳动强度，所使用的设备也在向着自动化方向发展，生产活动也已经开始自动化管控，此种方式即为化工自动化。化工自动化中最重要的设备就是化工自动化仪表，此种仪表的应用是企业良好发展以及生产的保障。

1.2 化工自动化仪表分类

化工自动仪表从组成方面来看，有三类，分别是组件组装式仪表、基地式仪表以及单元组合式仪表。在这三种仪表当中，各自的特点以及缺点互不相同。
