【摘  要】国有企业是我国市场经济的重要组成部分，而纪检监察工作对促进国有企业的良性发展具有至关重要的作用。目前，我国处于经济新常态的背景下，想要在市场竞争的洪流中逆流而上，国有企业就必须在经营管理的活动中注重纪检监察工作的实施。论文从国有企业开展纪检监察工作的意义入手，探讨了国有企业纪检监察工作的现状，分析了提高国有企业纪检监察工作水平的策略，以供参考。

【Abstract】State-owned enterprises are an important part of China's market economy， and discipline inspection and supervision work plays a vital role in promoting the sound development of state-owned enterprises. At present， China is in the context of the new normal of economy. If the state-owned enterprises want to go up against the current of market competition， they must pay attention to the implementation of discipline inspection and supervision work in the operation and management activities. Starting from the significance of carrying out discipline inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises， this paper discusses the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises， and analyzes the strategies to improve the level of discipline inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises， for reference.

1 纪检监察工作对国有企业的意义

随着我国社会经济的不断发展，市场在发展的过程中，经常会由于缺乏有效的纪检监察制度而出现不合规的状况，为了推动市场经济的良性循环，必须加强纪检监察制度的落实，从而不断净化市场的竞争环境，推动企业健康发展。有效地推动我国企业内部的纪检监察工作落实，也能够维护广大消费者的根本权益，而在国有企业内部，将纪检监察工作落实到每一个环节中，能够为企业内部提供更加良好的发展环境，不断改善企业经营管理的格局。在新时代下，企业在进行体制改革后，国有企业内部的产权结构以及层级关系将会变得更加清晰。但是无论企业的体制怎样改革，党中央的领导地位是始终不变的。当前，反腐是社会发展过程中的热点话题，而在国有企业中，纪检监察工作的落实，有利于消除阻碍企业发展的腐败问题，帮助国有企业的经营管理过程更加有序，促进企业良性发展。……
