【摘  要】在企业内部，廉政文化宣教工作是企业廉洁工作在文化方面的延伸，对于提升企业文化内涵，提升干部员工素质，营造风清气正、干事干净的廉政氛围具有极其重要的推动作用。然而对于不同层次的干部员工来讲，廉政文化是具有一定区别的，实际的约束状况也不同。因此，论文就加强企业廉政文化宣传教育工作的必要性进行论述，探讨企业廉政文化宣传教育工作中存在的问题，提出优化企业廉政文化宣传教育工作的具体策略。

【Abstract】Within the enterprise， the publicity and education work of clean governance culture is an extension of the enterprises' integrity work in cultural aspect， which plays an extremely important role in improving the enterprise culture connotation， improving the quality of cadres and employees， and creating a clean atmosphere of good conduct and integrity of doing the right thing. However， for different levels of cadres and employees， the clean governance culture is different， and the actual constraints are also different. Therefore， this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the publicity and education work of clean governance culture in enterprises， discusses the problems existing in the publicity and education work of clean governance culture in enterprises， and puts forward specific strategies for optimizing the publicity and education work of clean governance culture in enterprises.

1 引言

企业在开展廉政文化宣传的过程中，要根据不同的管理层人员以及相关工作人员利用不同的方式方法进行廉政宣教，并且需要建立对應的监督方案，确保廉政文化宣教充分发挥作用，使企业形成崇廉尚廉氛围，为企业的长期健康发展作出贡献。

2 企业加强廉政文化宣传教育工作的必要性

①在企业中营造良好的党风政风，能够建立更好的工作风气，干部员工之间能够更好地互相学习，各管理部门也能够更好地起到监督作用，只有这样各项工作才能更加科学合理地运行发展。

②在企业中一定要建立廉政工作的思想，有力开辟廉政宣教新思路，有力助推企业党风廉政建设活动的开展。

③相关企业可以对廉政制度文化进行大力建设，形成不同的规章制度，做到合理的优化与改善，并且将不同的优化措施进行准确落实，更好地培养企业党员干部以及相关工作人员的整体工作素质，企业内部中的工作风气也会变得更好。……
