摘要：针对高职院校专业课中思想政治育人过程中普遍存在的教师思政能力不强、思政育人环节不立体、课程思政育人措施落地难三大突出问题，以及专业课教师对专业课“思政”功能认识的不足、“思政”会冲淡专业教学的思想顾虑和误解、专业课教师“思政”本领不强、专业课教育与思想政治教育严重脱节等主要问题，本文提出了以“全员”为“主体”“课堂”为“路径”“过程”为“抓手”的专业课教学中融入思政教育的“五联动·三课堂·全贯穿”教育创新模式，并应用到教学实践。

Abstract： In view of the three prominent problems in the process of ideological and political education in professional courses in higher vocational colleges， such as the weak ideological and political ability of teachers， the lack of three-dimensional links in ideological and political education， and the difficulty implementation of ideological and political education measures， as well as the main problems such as the lack of understanding of the function of “ideological and political” of professional courses， the weakening of ideological concerns and misunderstanding of professional teaching by “ideological and political”， the weak ability of “ ideological and political ” of professional course teachers， and the serious disconnection between professional course education and ideological and political education， this paper puts forward the “five linkages”“three classrooms”“full penetration” education innovation model that integrates ideological and political education into the teaching of professional courses with “full staff” as the “subject”， “classroom” as the “path” and “process” as a “handle”.

培養什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人是教育的根本问题，立德树人成效是检验高校一切工作的根本标准[1]。落实立德树人根本任务，必须将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体、不可割裂。全面推进课程思政建设，就是要寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中，帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，这是人才培养的应有之义，更是必备内容。

当前高职教育领域存在重知识技能传授，轻思想政治教育和职业素养培养的现状[2-3]，尤其是专业课教学存在着育德意识不强、育德能力不足、忽视价值观引领等问题。以建设“课程思政”为契机，依托哲学社会科学内蕴的思想政治教育资源，将思政元素融入专业课教学中，全员参与且全面提高思想政治教育的实效性，显得非常必要[4-6]。在前期工作基础上，文章提出了以“全员”为“主体”“课堂”为“路径”“过程”为“抓手”的专业课教学中融入思政教育的“五联动·三课堂·全贯穿”教育创新模式。……
