摘要：大数据技术给智慧城市发展注入了新的动能，实现了城市的持续快速发展，同时也带来了严峻的信息安全问题。分析大数据环境下智慧城市面临的信息安全风险，并从建立信息安全保障体系、加强关键信息基础设施保护、利用大数据加强预警、制定标准和健全法律法规等方面提出应对策略，切实提高大数据时代智慧城市的信息安全保障能力，推动智慧城市健康有序发展。

Abstract： Big data promote the sustainable and rapid development of the smart city， but the serious information security problems emerge simultaneously. This paper analyzed the risk of information security of the smart city， and then put forward the coping strategies from establishing information security system， strengthening the protection of critical information infrastructure， enhancing warning by the big data， setting standards and improving laws and regulations and so on，which him proved the ability of information security protection effectively， and made the smart city healthy and orderly development.

1 引言

智慧城市综合运用5G、物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术，促进信息空间、物理空间和社会空间的充分融合[1]，实现城市智慧化管理，提高公共服务水平，提升居民幸福感，实现社会和谐发展。

大数据的全流程应用是智慧城市的核心。智慧城市的发展过程中，大数据就是一面双刃剑，促进智慧城市更快、更智能地发展，同时也带来了严重的安全问题。首先概述了大数据与智慧城市的关系，然后对大数据环境下智慧城市存在的信息安全风险进行分析，并提出应对策略。

2大数据与智慧城市

大数据是指无法在一定时间内用常规工具进行捕捉、管理和处理的数据集合，需要使用新处理模式才能具有更强的决策力、洞察发现力和流程优化能力的信息资产，具有体量大、类型多、速度高等特点[2]。
