【摘 要】目的：采用数据挖掘技术分析赵文海教授治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的用药规律。方法：收集近2年赵文海教授治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的门诊处方，采用Excel 2013、SPSS 25.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件构建数据库，进行高频药物分析、用药关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果：高频用药显示，205首处方中使用频次≥80的中药共22味。关联规则分析显示，五灵脂、水蛭为核心药对，同时挖掘出多组常用组合。聚类分析得出4类针对不同证型的常用组合。结论：通过数据挖掘技术较客观地分析出赵文海教授治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的用药规律。

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To analyze professor ZHAO Wen-hais medication rule of treating knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage using data mining technology.Methods：The outpatient prescriptions of professor ZHAO Wen-hai for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage in recent two years were collected.The database was constructed by softwares Excel 2013，SPSS 25.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 for high-frequency drug analysis，drug association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results：High frequency medication showed that there were 22 traditional Chinese medicines with frequency no less than 80 in 205 prescriptions.Association rule analysis showed that Wulingzhi（Faeces Trogopterori）and leech were the core drug pair，and multiple groups of common combinations were excavated at the same time.Four kinds of common combinations for different syndrome types were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion：Through data mining technology，the medication rule of professor ZHAO Wen-hai in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage has been analyzed.

趙文海为长春中医药大学附属医院教授，天池伤科第四代传承人，国家中医学术流派传承工作室——天池伤科流派指导老师。他传承天池伤科流派“治肾亦治骨”的思想，结合40余年的临床经验，提出了“瘀除则痹消”的治疗理念，在中医药治疗早中期膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）方面有着独到的经验。

KOA是一种以关节退行性改变为主要特点的慢性骨关节疾病，临床症状主要表现为初起可见疼痛、僵硬、局部肿胀、活动受限、关节偶有弹响及摩擦音，随着病情进展严重者可出现关节功能障碍或残疾。我国KOA发病率农村较城市高，女性较男性高，定期就医并遵从医嘱情况并不乐观[1-2]。目前，对于早中期KOA尚无特效治疗方法，仍以减轻症状，减慢病情发展为目的[3]。中药具有不良反应小、治疗效果好、针对性强、价格低廉等优势，是临床中较好的治疗选择[4]。……
