摘要：目的 中西医结合治疗老年痴呆53例临床观察。方法 于本院2019年10月- 2020年12月接受治疗的老年痴呆患者中筛选53例作为研究对象。以随机排号法分组。对照组（n=26）单独使用常规西药治疗，观察组（n=27）在常规西药治疗同时选择中医辨证治疗，对比两组临床效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组且组间差异显著（P<0.05）;两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 老年痴呆患者选择中西医联合治疗方案，可提升治疗有效性，治疗方案安全性理想，值得推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical observation of 53 cases of senile dementia treated by the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 53 patients with dementia were selected as the study subjects from October 2019 to December 2020. Group by random number. The control group（n=26）was treated with traditional western medicine alone. The observation group（n=27）selected TCM syndrome differentiation treatment at the same time in the conventional western medicine treatment，and compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05）;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can improve the effectiveness of treatment and the safety of the treatment plan is ideal，which is worth popularizing and applying.

统计数据显示【1】，现阶段我国的老年痴呆发病率约为10%，其中85岁以上的老年人的发病率为47%，已经成为对老年群体产生严重影响的病症之一，社会关注度理想【2】。随着我国人口老龄化状况不断加剧，老年痴呆患者的人数显著增长。临床通常会利用常规西药药物治疗，对控制老年痴呆病情的发展有一定的作用，但是现在仍然没有能够彻底治愈的办法【3】。临床研究证实【4】，中医对疾病治疗具有确切效果。本次研究中对本院接受治疗的老年痴呆患者，在常规西药治疗同时联合使用中药方案进行治疗，观察对比单独用药及联合用药方案的临床效果。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

于本院2019年10月- 2020年12月接受治疗的老年痴呆患者中筛选53例作为研究对象，以随机排号法分组。纳入对象综合检查确诊疾病，患者家属对研究及治疗方案知情同意;排除标准：合并其他严重机体病变者，无法耐受治疗方案患者。……
