摘要：目的 探讨运动疗法联合心理护理在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的效果影响。方法 2019年5月-2020年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者84例纳入研究，用数字奇偶法分两组，各42例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上运用运动疗法联合心理护理，对比效果。结果 观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血糖达标时间均优于对照组（P<0.05），观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪少于对照组，且护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 运动疗法联合心理护理运用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中，效果较好，改善血糖水平，减少抑郁焦虑情绪，护理满意度高。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 84 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from May 2019 to October 2020 were included in the study. They were divided into two groups by digital parity method，42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing on this basis. The effect was compared. Results the fasting blood glucose，2 hours postprandial blood glucose and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P < 0.05），the anxiety and depression in the observation group were less than those in the control group，and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the effect of exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is good. It can improve blood glucose level，reduce depression and anxiety，and have high nursing satisfaction.

在臨床上，妊娠期糖尿病是一种比较常见的疾病，该疾病主要是指孕妇在妊娠期间出现了糖耐量异常的情况。妊娠期糖尿病能够使孕妇的蛋白尿增加，产生过多的羊水等并发症，严重影响孕妇和胎儿的生命安全【1】。当前妊娠期糖尿病在我国的发病呈现逐年增加的趋势，这使得其受到了越来越多的关注。相关研究指出，运用科学有效的护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者有着十分积极的作用。本文对妊娠期糖尿病护理中运用的运动疗法联合心理护理进行了研究，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

将2019年5月-2020年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者84例纳入研究，用数字奇偶法分两组，各42例。排除心肝肾严重功能障碍者，合并其他妊娠期疾病者，精神疾病者。对照组年龄24-36岁，平均（32.36±2.34）岁，平均孕周（34.26 ±3.21）周;观察组年龄23-35岁，平均（32.48±2.42）岁，平均孕周（34.21±3.32）年。……
