摘要：目的 探讨层级链式护理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法 随机将本院于2019年12月-2021年01月纳入的70例肺炎患儿分为两组，其中对参照组实行常规护理，对观察组实行层级链式护理，比较应用效果。结果 观察组中，其临床症状消失时间及住院时间均低于参照组;两组并发症发生率分别为28.57%、5.71%（P<0.05）。结论 在小儿肺炎的护理中，层级链式护理对于降低并发症发生率、改善临床症状以及降低住院时间都是极为有利的。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical chain nursing model in the nursing of children with pneumonia. Methods 70 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups，the control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given hierarchical chain nursing. Results in the observation group，the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time were lower than those in the control group;The incidence of complications in the two groups were 28.57% and 5.71%，respectively（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the nursing of children with pneumonia，hierarchical chain nursing is very beneficial to reduce the incidence of complications，improve clinical symptoms and reduce the length of hospital stay.

小儿肺炎是一种肺部炎症，其通常以发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音以及呼吸急促等为主要表现，如果不对患者进行及时治疗，则很有可能会对其肺功能产生不利影响【1】。由于小儿年龄较低其依从性较差，传统护理效果并不明显，患者家属满意度较低，因此为了提高治疗效果和护理满意度，需要给予患者层级链式护理。本文主要探讨层级链式护理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果，见下文。

1  资料和方法

1.1.一般资料

随机将本院于2019年12月-2021年01月纳入的70例肺炎患儿分为两组，各35例。参照组男女各18例和17例，中位年龄为（6.22±1.08）岁，观察组男女各19例和16例，中位年龄为（6.03±1.85）岁。两组基本信息无明显差异（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

该组实行常规护理。对患者实行基础治疗后展开健康教育、用药指导和心理指导。

1.2.2观察组

该组实行层级链式护理。①护理人员分级。一级：护理人员严格遵照医嘱展开各项工作，对患者实行基础性护理，并和患者及患者家属实行语言以及握手交流，减轻其焦虑紧张感。……
