摘要：近年来，“00后”大学生的个性健康发展备受关注，“00后”大学生这个群体因为成长环境和教育背景的不同，本身具有很强的独特性，经调查研究发现“00”后大学生的个性特征，即思想较开放，容易接受新鲜事物;物质生活丰富，精神需求匮乏;自我意识强等。试分析体育教学对“00后”大学生个性的积极影响，并通过完善教学观念、创新课余活动、推广校园文化等途径来发展“00后”大学生个性，从而引导“00后”大学生走向正确个性发展的道路。

Abstract：In recent years，the healthy development of the personality of "Post-00" college students has attracted much attention.Because of the different growth environment and educational background，the group of "Post-00" college students has strong uniqueness.Through investigation and research，it is found that the personality characteristics of "Post-00" college students are more open-minded and easy to accept new things; The material life is rich and the spiritual needs are deficient; Strong self-awareness，etc.This paper tries to analyze the positive influence of physical education teaching on the personality of "Post-00" college students，and develop the personality of "Post-00" college students by improving teaching concepts，innovating extracurricular activities，and promoting campus culture，so as to guide "Post-00" college students to the right path of personality development.

隨着社会科学技术和人们思想观念的发展，培养学生的个性健康发展已成为当今教育界备受关注的问题。在个性的发展过程中，虽然会受到遗传因素和自然环境的影响，但决定因素是成长环境和社会环境。当前“00后”在校大学生正处于个性发展的关键时期，在此期间，学校体育教育起到极其重要的作用。本文试图对“00后”大学生的个性特征进行探讨和研究，并通过学校体育教学的有效途径，为今后在高校有针对性的开展个性教育提供参考，为学生的个性塑造提供一定的理论依据和实践基础。

1“00后”大学生的个性特征

目前“00后”大学生是当今大学校园的主导力量，他们在物质生活丰富，生活条件良好的大环境下成长起来，尽管他们因人而异，各自表现出不同的认知和态度，有很强的差异性，但在许多方面有着鲜明的特性。经调查发现大多数“00后”大学生他们有个性、有想法，心胸阔达，相对于其他年代的大学生来说有着良好优越的成长环境和教育背景，知识面较广，有主见，整体素质相对均衡，因为备受溺爱和娇惯，他们个性张扬，自信独立，思想前卫，生活多姿多彩，舍得投入和付出。……
