摘要：高职教育旨在培养职业技术人才，在教学的过程中要重视提升学生的实践操作能力。为此，可以采用行为导向教学法。该教学方法以学生为主体，重视学生在课堂中的作用，教师则作为课堂的组织者发挥作用，遵循资讯、计划、实施、检查等行动过程序列，并在教学中积极与学生互动，强化学生的主动性，提升学生的动手能力。本文对行为导向教学法在高职机械加工教学中的应用进行了相关的阐述和分析。

Abstract： Higher vocational education aims at cultivating vocational and technical talents. In the process of teaching， we should pay attention to improving students' practical ability. Therefore， behavior-oriented teaching method can be adopted. This teaching method takes students as the main body， attaches importance to the role of students in the classroom， the teacher plays a role as the classroom organizer， follows the sequence of information， planning， implementation， inspection and other action processes， and actively interacts with students in the teaching， strengthens the initiative of students， and improves the practical ability of students. This paper expounds and analyzes the application of behavior-oriented teaching method in machining teaching in higher vocational colleges.

0  引言

在工业不断发展进步的背景下，传统人才培养模式逐渐落后于时代，现代社会要求人才全面发展，不仅要掌握扎实的理论知识，还要具备实践、创新等能力。所以，在高职教育落实的过程中，要改善教学方法、提升教学效率。采用行为导向教学法可以提升学生的学习兴趣，尤其在机械加工教学的过程中，教师通过行为导向的方式培养学生学习的主动性和积极性，同时增强学生的动手能力，使学生可以掌握机械加工的理论知识和技术方法。

1  行为导向教学法概述

行为导向教学法最早出现在德国，德国十分重视职业教育，并且发展的时间比较久，取得了一定的成果。所谓行为导向教学法，就是包含了一系列教学方法、技术的教学方法。具体包括项目教学法、文本引导法、模拟教学法等等。在职业教育中，这是一种比较常用的教学方法，不仅重视提升学生的知识基础，还重视提升学生的动手、动脑的能力[1]。……
