摘要：本文为了研究糖尿病患者进行血脂检验的医学临床价值，并对他的价值进行分析，选取了当地的医院，自2020年5月份到2021年5月份进行收院治疗的糖尿病患者，一共30位人员，作为本次的研究对象。其中还采取了对照组进行实验分析，对照健康人数同样为30人，糖尿病患者为检验组，将两组患者的情况都进行血脂检验，并且去记录他们的数据，进行分析，实验表明，实验组的三种LDL-C、TG 、TC 水平都明显高于对照组的水平，具有一个很明显的统计学意义（P < 0.05）。最后得出结论，对于糖尿病患者进行血脂检验，可以作为糖尿病诊断的依据，并可以在临床上进行推广检验。

Abstract： in order to study the clinical value of blood lipid test in diabetic patients， and analyze its value， we selected 30 local diabetic patients who were admitted to hospital from 2020 to May 2021. A total of the staff were selected as the subjects of this study. Among them， the control group was also used for experimental analysis. The number of healthy persons in the control group was 30. The diabetic group was the test group. All the two groups were tested for blood lipid. The data were recorded and analyzed. The results showed that the levels of three LDL-C， TG and TC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was an obvious statistical significance （P < 0.05）. Finally， it is concluded that blood lipid test for diabetic patients can be used as a basis for diagnosis of diabetes and can be popularized in clinical practice.

0.引言

糖尿病是一种慢性的生理疾病，它最主要的临床症状是一种高血糖现象，如果患者的血糖不能够得到合理的控制，那么会引发一些身体的其他器官的并发症状的出现，比如说心脏或者是肾脏的衰竭或者是病变问题，所以在该问题治疗的过程中，必须要对患者的血糖水平进行合理的检测，并对它进行控制。这就要求要了解患者身体的每项指标的数据变化，所以本文选取的是30名健康人员，与30名患糖尿病的人员进行血脂的实验，对比分析，从而有效的去控制检测糖尿病的治疗，现在的报道分析如下
