摘  要：目的  分析原发性开角型青光眼合并干眼症患者接受疏肝养血润目针灸法联合明目汤剂治疗后对其眼表炎症反应的影响及临床效果。方法  选择2018年12月～2020年12月东营市东城医院收治的50例原发性开角型青光眼合并干眼症患者作为研究对象，根据患者住院号尾数的奇偶数，分为观察组（25例，接受疏肝养血润目针灸法联合明目汤剂治疗）和对照组（25例，接受疏肝养血润目针灸法治疗），对比两组患者诊疗前后的眼表炎症反应改善情况以及诊疗前后的视力、眼压改善情况。结果  相比于对照组，观察组经诊疗后的白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ（TNF-ɑ）这三项指标检测数据更低，眼压检测值更低，视力检测值更高，数据对比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论  利用疏肝养血润目针灸法联合明目汤剂治疗方式对原发性开角型青光眼合并干眼症患者进行救治，可缓解患者眼表炎症反应，帮助患者降低眼压，改善患者的视力，帮助患者恢复较好的视物能力。

Abstract： Objective  To analyze the effect of Shugan Yangxue Runmu acupuncture combined with Mingmu Decoction on ocular surface inflammation in patients with primary open angle glaucoma complicated with dry eye. Methods  From December 2018 to December 2020， 50 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma complicated with dry eye admitted to Dongcheng Hospital of Dongying City， Shandong Province were selected as the research objects. According to the odd and even number of patients' hospitalization number， they were divided into observation group（25 cases， treated with Shugan Yangxue Runmu acupuncture combined with Mingmu Decoction） and control group（25 cases， treated with Shugan Yangxue Runmu acupuncture），The improvement of ocular surface inflammation， visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results  Compared with the control group， the detection data of interleukin-1（IL-1）， interleukin-6（IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） in the observation group after diagnosis and treatment were lower， the detection value of intraocular pressure was lower， and the detection value of visual acuity was higher， with statistical difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion  The use of Shugan Yangxue Runmu acupuncture combined with Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma with dry eye can relieve the inflammatory reaction on the ocular surface， help the patients reduce the intraocular pressure， improve their vision， and help the patients recover better visual ability.

原發性开角型青光眼是一种较为常见的青光眼类型，干眼症是指因泪液分泌不足或蒸发过多，使泪液量、泪液质量、泪液流动性等出现异常，最终导致患者泪膜、眼表受到损伤的一种病症，若患者同时合并有原发性开角型青光眼及干眼症，则需及时入院就医，以避免其视物能力受到过多损伤[1-2]。目前，随着中医诊疗技术的发展和推广，疏肝养血润目针灸法、明目汤剂已是临床较为常见的中医治疗方式，可有效控制患者病情发展进程，改善患者视力，但此两种治疗方式的联合应用情况较少，缺乏相关临床诊疗数据。……
