摘要：美国国家档案与文件署在YouTube平台上运营的档案视频内容包括档案科普教育、档案继续教育、文化活动和20世纪影像等主题，其通过丰富视频类型扩大受众范围、紧密依托文化热点突出文化属性、注重多方合作提高视频质量等措施不断提升运营水平。这些内容和特点为我国档案机构视频平台运营提供了经验和参考，即可以通过馆藏独特资源制作特色视频、紧密结合文化热点拓展宣教功能、加强多方合作丰富视频内容及形式等不斷提高运营质量和水平。

Abstract： The content of the archival videos post？ ed by NARA on its official YouTube channel encom？ passes archival continuing education， archival com？ mon sense education， cultural activities， and videos in the last century. NARA upgrades its operation through several strategies， such as posting diversi？ fied kinds of videos to expand the audience， combin？ ing with social and cultural events closely and protrud？ ing the cultural attribute， putting an emphasis on mul？ tiple cooperation and improving the video quality. The content and characteristics offer Chinese archival in？ stitutions experience and models to run their chan？ nels better on the video platform. Specifically， mak？ ing use of the collection and creating characteristic videos， combining videos with culture and social events and making it play publicity and education roles， enhancing cooperation with multiple groups and producing diversified videos， and finally improv？ ing the operation quality.

新媒体时代各种各样的视频平台为档案信息传播提供了新的渠道和途径，极大地改变并提升了档案信息传播的形式和效果[1]。《2021年全国档案宣传工作要点》指出要加强与广播电台、电视台、网络平台等媒体合作，推出档案文献专题片、融媒体产品等，推出一批生动鲜活的档案影视作品浓墨重彩地庆祝中国共产党成立100周年[2]。不少档案局馆主动利用各种视频平台开展了灵活多样的宣传活动。关于档案部门利用视频平台助力档案工作，笔者调查了当前档案行业抖音号运营情况[3]、抖音平台助力档案宣传工作[4]和档案移动服务[5]，探讨了档案微视频创作[6]和服务内容[7]、档案馆短视频平台建设[8]、图博档融媒体发展路径[9]等。既有研究成果为档案部门积极利用各种视频平台做好档案宣传和服务工作等提供了思路及对策。……
