摘要：随着经济社会的发展，城市治理面临的问题越发复杂，精细化成为当代城市治理的一个重要特征。信息技术的变革既驱动着社会治理的新诉求，也为档案信息赋能精细化治理提供了重要契机。通过专业化的档案信息管理，借助现代信息技术，档案信息可以赋能城市文化进步、经济社会发展和智慧城市建设。利用一体化档案政务信息平台打通政务信息与档案信息之间的壁垒，是城市精细化治理逻辑下档案信息赋能的重要路径。为此，档案管理部门需不断优化档案信息资源，打破部门管理壁垒，健全档案信息利用机制，提高档案信息服务质量，利用档案信息资源助力城市治理。

Abstract：With the development of economy and society， urban governance is facing more and more complex problems. Therefore， refinement has be？ come an important feature of contemporary urban governance. The transformation of information tech？ nology not only drives the new demands of social governance， but also provides an important opportuni？ ty for archives information to empower refined gover？ nance. Through professional archives information management and modern information technology， ar？ chives information can empower urban cultural prog？ ress， economic and social development and smart city construction. It is an important way for archives information to empower governance under the logic of urban fine governance to use the integrated archi？ valgovernmentinformationplatformtobreak through the barriers between government informa？ tion and archival information. Therefore， archives management departments should constantly opti？ mize archives information resources， break down de？ partmental management barriers， improve archives in？ formation utilization mechanism， improve archives in？ formation service quality， and use archives informa？ tion resources to help urban governance.
