摘 要：在疫情防控过程中，除了党中央正确领导外，人工智能的应用也发挥着中流砥柱的作用。随着科技抗疫工作的全面展开，人工智能技术充分展现出“硬核科技”的实力，在疫情监测分析、智能医疗救治和复工复产领域发挥着关键作用。

Abstract： In the process of COVID-19 prevention and control， in addition to the correct decision of the Party Central Committee， artificial intelligence technology has played an extremely important role. With the comprehensive development of scientific and technological anti epidemic work， artificial intelligence technology fully demonstrates the strength of "hard core technology"， and plays a key role in the field of epidemic monitoring and analysis， intelligent medical treatment and return to work.

1 研究背景

2020年初，一场突如其来的疫情彻底打破了人们迎接春节的喜悦和回家过年的愿望。所有人不得不待在原地隔离，急速增长的病例数和“人传人”的证实让所有人陷入恐慌和无助中，人们仿佛经历了第二次“非典”。但幸运的是，同2003年非典疫情相比，我们的基础设施建设更加完善，信息获取的途径更加多样化，医疗水平位居世界前列。

在新冠疫情防控中，習近平总书记强调：“要鼓励运用大数据、人工智能、云计算等数字技术，在疫情监测分析、病毒溯源、防控救治、资源调配等方面更好发挥支撑作用。”[1]全国人民万众一心，众志成城，各级政府联手科技网络公司，利用大数据、人工智能等技术分析疫情数据，研发科技产品，助力抗疫。随着科技抗疫工作的全面展开，人工智能技术充分展现出“硬核科技”的实力，在疫情监测分析、智能医疗救治和复工复产领域发挥着关键作用。
