【摘  要】农村金融发展问题是我国三农工作不断推进过程中面临的重要问题，也是实现我国乡村振兴战略的最主要影响因素，所以农村金融服务模式的创新越来越受到政府机构的关注。但在实际发展过程中，农村金融服务模式虽然发展速度比较快，但信用和风险问题也变得越来越突出，所以农村金融服务模式的创新还需要进一步完善和强化，构建更加完善而且科学的金融服务工作体系，满足农村经济发展过程中所提出的更加多样化金融需求。

【Abstract】Rural financial development is an important problem in the continuous advancement of China's agriculture， rural areas and farmers， as well as the most important influencing factor to realize China's rural revitalization strategy. Therefore， the innovation of rural financial service mode has been paid more and more attention by government agencies. But in the actual development process， although the development speed of the rural financial service mode is faster， but credit and risk problem has become more and more prominent， so the innovation of rural financial service mode needs to be further improved and strengthened， and a more perfect and scientific financial service work system should be constructed to meet the more diversified financial needs proposed in the process of rural economic development.

1 引言

在过去所提出的相关政策当中，就已经对农村金融服务改革与创新进行了说明，需要在政策层面上积极推动金融资源转向农村区域的发展，形成多元化的农村农业发展新趋势。在我国经济建设中，金融业的进步势必会对经济发展作出重要贡献，且其会在经济转型期间发挥重要价值。故在农村区域的经济建设中，农村金融产品及服务的有效供给是农村经济發展及乡村振兴战略实现的最主要基础。因此，论文对农村金融服务模式的创新策略等进行论述。

2 农村金融服务模式创新实践现状

在我国开展新农村建设工作的过程中，主要涉及农村生产与生活的多个方面，农村经济在发展过程中已经实现了新的经济发展形态和新的经济发展特征，对金融服务本身的需求也并不是过去非常简单的存款以及贷款需求，而是提出了更加多样化以及更加个性化的金融服务需求。……
