【摘  要】企业在经济全球化的过程中拥有着巨大的机遇，但同时也存在着诸多挑战。企业经济管理作为企业发展的核心任务之一，需要结合时代背景和社会发展需要进行创新。新形势下的企业经济管理要从全面性和科学性两重方面进行创新，在充分借鉴先进经济管理理论的情况下，引入信息化管理系统，确保经济管理工作得到有效开展。论文从企业经济管理问题、企业经济管理制度等多个方面进行探究，并针对企业经济管理的创新策略提出看法。

【Abstract】Enterprises have great opportunities in the process of economic globalization， but there are also many challenges. As one of the core tasks of enterprise development， enterprise economic management needs to be innovated in combination with the background of the times and the needs of social development. Under the new situation， the enterprise economic management should be innovated from the comprehensiveness and scientificity. Under the condition of fully using advanced economic management theory for reference， the informatization management system is introduced to ensure the effective development of economic management work. This paper explores the problems of enterprise economic management， the system of enterprise economic management and so on， and puts forward views on the innovation strategies of enterprise economic management.

1 引言

一个公司的发展前景需要通过其经济管理水平得到体现。尤其在新形势下，企业既要控制整体的经营成本，又要确保企业经济效益满足公司的正常运行，就必须要有良好的经济管理措施。随着市场化经济的火热发展，企业面临的同行竞争压力越来越大，然而大部分企业的经济管理水平还在原地踏步，这给企业发展带来了严重的阻力影响。因此，企业必须要站在战略发展的角度重新审视自身的经济管理模式，用合理创新的方式对企业经济管理模式进行改善。

2 企业经济管理的内涵

从定义来看，企业经济管理指的是企业在具体经营活动中进行经济调控的一种企业职能，其目的是降低企业成本，提高经济效益，实现企业的稳步发展。企业经济管理是一个综合性的概念，它既包括了具体生产经营活动的调控，又囊括了财务、人力等多个方面的配置优化，甚至还有员工的归属感。……
