【摘  要】随着我国档案事业的飞速发展，新思想、新技术的应用越来越广泛。在新时期的档案管理工作中，档案信息化与智慧化的研究课题已成为从业人员研究的热点。论文结合智慧电厂建设背景，对智慧化档案建设中存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。论文首先阐述了智慧电厂智慧档案建设的重要性，然后回顾了当前智慧电厂智慧档案建设过程中存在的问题。最后，针对存在的问题，对相关人员提出了积极的建议和对策。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of archives in China， the application of new ideas and technologies is becoming more and more extensive. In the work of archives management in the new period， the research topic of archives informatization and wisdom has become a hot spot for practitioners. Based on the background of intelligent power plant construction， this paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the construction of intelligent archives. This paper firstly expounds the importance of the construction of the intelligent archives of the intelligent power plant， and then reviews the problems existing in the process of the construction of the intelligent archives of the current intelligent power plant. Finally， in view of the existing problems， the paper puts forward positive suggestions and countermeasures to the relevant personnel.

1 引言

新时期出现了新技术，随着互联网的全面到来，信息技术的飞速变化为档案管理事业的发展开辟了新的机遇，使档案管理向更高层次的管理迈进了一大步，更科学、更高效、更方便用户[1]。智慧电厂为了更好地巩固互联网时代档案发展的成果，为迎接数据时代的到来作好准备，智慧电厂必须在现有信息化的基础上，进一步完善、优化现代化档案，建立和完善电子档案。尽快建立智慧化的檔案管理系统，实现档案管理的更高目标。

2 智慧电厂档案智慧化建设的重要性

档案事业的发展离不开时代的发展和国家阶段的战略目标。新时期，计算机技术、互联网技术和大数据技术的发展和变化速度越来越快。在新的发展时期，智慧电厂也面临着国家和行业提出的新标准和新要求。档案管理工作作为智慧电厂劳动管理体系的一个重要分支，也必须以新的管理理念、新的管理技术和新的管理手段来开展，以利于实现生产目标。……
