【摘  要】思想政治工作在我国企业发展过程中发挥着非常重要的作用，不仅为企业经济工作奠定了良好的基础，而且可以确保企业朝着和谐健康的方向不断发展。从目前情况看来，我国整体的科学技术水平得到了有效提高，信息化模式已经成为企业发展过程中不可或缺的重要部分，但部分企业并没有对思想政治工作的信息化模式予以足够重视，这样就会导致整体的工作效率和质量比较低。所以，相关管理人员要在思想政治工作当中对信息化模式进行充分应用，利用该模式来对各个工作环节进行有效的管理。

【Abstract】Ideological and political work plays a very important role in the development of enterprises in China. It not only lays a good foundation for the economic work of enterprises， but also ensures the continuous development of enterprises toward a harmonious and healthy direction. From the current situation， the level of science and technology in our country has been effectively improved， informatization mode has become an indispensable important part in the process of enterprise development， but some enterprises do not pay enough attention to the informatization mode of ideological and political work， which will lead to the overall work efficiency and quality is relatively low. Therefore， the relevant management personnel should fully apply the informatization mode in the ideological and political work， and make use of the mode to carry out effective management of each work link.

1 引言

通过调查发现，互联网技术随着时代的进步而得到了进一步发展，在各大企业发展过程中占据着非常重要的地位，人们在生活和工作过程中接触的思想类型比较多。为确保企业正常发展，相关工作人员就要提高对思想政治工作的认识，根据实际情况来对该工作进行信息化模式的管理，这样才可以对企业发展起到一定的促进作用。

2 企业思想政治工作的重要性

在通常情况下，企业在实际发展生产过程中会涉及很多方面的工作，其中最为重要的工作就是思想政治工作，该工作不仅能够进一步提高企业凝聚力，确保企业在市场竞争中提高自身核心竞争力，而且还可以保证企业保持健康的状态进行快速发展。……
