LED补光对日光温室脱毒马铃薯微型薯结薯特性的影响

摘 要:为了探究LED光源在马铃薯微型薯日光温室繁育中的作用,以马铃薯脱毒试管苗克新13号为试材,以温室内自然光照为对照,利用LED混合光源绿光∶蓝光∶红光= 1∶1∶3对脱毒试管苗进行补光,研究现代化全光温室中LED光源补光对微型薯结薯特性的影响。结果表明,LED光源补光后微型薯的结薯数量和总质量分别提高了10.0%和14.4%;除了0~10 g级别的微型薯外,其他级别微型薯的结薯总数量和结薯总质量均有所提高。综上所述,LED混合光源绿光∶蓝光∶红光= 1∶1∶3处理可以增加日光温室微型薯生产的数量和质量,LED人工补光条件下11~20 g、21~30 g、31~40 g各级别微型薯质量和微型薯数量分别为对照条件下的1.1、1.7、2.4倍和1.3、1.6、2.4倍,这将为马铃薯微型薯日光温室生产中补充光源的选择提供参考。

Effect of LED lighting on the production characteristics of virus-free potato minituber in solar greenhouse

Abstract: In order to find out the action of LED light source in production of potato minituber in solar greenhose, Kexin 13 hao was taken as experimental material, natural light in the greenhouse as CK, the LED mixed light source green : blue : red = 1:1:3 was used to supplement the light of virus-free test tube seedlings, and study the influence of LED light source on the production characteristics of potato minituber. The results showed that the effect of LED on the production of potato minituber is very obvious. Compared with CK, the number and the total weight of potato minituber increased by 10.0% and 14.4%, respectively in LED lighting treatment. The total number and the total weight of other grades were improved except for 0-10 g grade potato minituber. In conclution that the treatment of LED mixed light source green : blue : red = 1:1:3 could increase the quantity and weight of potato minituber in solar greenhouse. The weight and quantity of potato minituber of 10-20 g, 20-30 g, 30-40 g in LEDs lighting treatment were 1.1, 1.7, 2.4 times and 1.3, 1.6, 2.4 times as big as control, respectively. These provide guide for the selection of supplementary light source in the production of potato minituber in solar greenhouse.

隨着农业产业结构的调整和马铃薯主粮化战略的提出,以及马铃薯加工业的飞速发展,马铃薯栽培成为种植业结构调整和增加农民收入的一项重要战略选择。马铃薯脱毒种薯(微型薯)是种薯繁育的关键环节,各级种薯的生产与应用都会受到微型薯质量和数量的影响[1]。光既是植物叶片进行光合作用的根本能源,也是植物生长、发育和分化的调节因子,植物体通过不同的光受体感受不同性质的光信号,察觉生长环境中光质、光强、光照时间和方向的变化来启动生存所必需的生理和形态结构的变化[2-4]。……
