摘要：目的：本研究将从护生的角度，探讨对临床带教老师有效教学行为的看法和认识，为改进护理临床教学方式，提高教学质量提供依据。方法：采用目的抽样的方法，选取某三甲医院2019年1月-10月的24名临床护理实习生为访谈对象，采取面对面、半结构式访谈。结果：获取护生对护理临床带教老师的有效教学行为的影响因素依次为建立信赖关系，传授知识技能，实施教学方式和提高老师学识素养。结论：提高临床教师有效教学行为，可以为护生创造良好的教学环境和条件，为护生学习护理知识、掌握护理技能，完成护理临床的学习有重要的作用。

【Abstract】Objective： From the point of view of nursing students， this study will explore the views and understanding of the effective teaching behavior of clinical teaching teachers， so as to provide a basis for improving nursing clinical teaching methods and improving teaching quality.Methods：Objective to select 24 clinical nursing interns from January to October 2019 in a top three hospital as the interviewees， and to conduct face-to-face and semi-structured interviews.Results：The influencing factors of obtaining nursing students on the effective teaching behavior of nursing clinical teachers are establishing trust relationship， imparting knowledge and skills， implementing teaching methods and improving teachers' knowledge and literacy.Conclusion：Improving the effective teaching behavior of clinical teachers can create a good teaching environment and conditions for nursing students，and play an important role in learning nursing knowledge，mastering nursing skills and completing nursing clinical learning.

护理临床教育是培养护士的重要组成部分，是具有多样性且很复杂的过程，教学效果受到多种因素的影响，其中临床护理带教老师作为教学过程中的基本要素，是教学行为的直接主导者，临床教学的设计者、组织者和管理者，其教学行为对临床护理教学质量有着重要的导向作用。临床护理实习生简称护生，是临床护理实习的直接参与者，护生的评价对教学效果有最直观的感受和发言权，有大量的研究调查表明，临床带教老师对护生的教学质量有很重要的决定性因素，在临床带教的过程中，具体有哪些因素可能会导致护生学习效率较低，缺乏解决问题的能力，降低临床实习的效果，本研究将从护生的角度，探讨对临床带教老师有效教学行为的看法和认识，为改进护理临床教学方式，提高教学质量提供依据。……
