摘要：随着电梯新功能的增加，国家对检规也进行了相应的修改，在2号修改单中新增了旁路装置的检验要求，电梯旁路装置可以有效防止人为短接层门轿门锁装置而出现短接线未及时拆除引起的事故。介绍了旁路装置在TSG T7001-2009及2号修改单中的具体设置要求，以及旁路装置实现检规中规定要求的具体实现方法及功能;并以实际检验为依据介绍了电梯检验时旁路的检验方法，特别是层门和轿门触点以及独立监测装置的检验;通过对目前多种型号电梯解读，分析了遇到的几种错误旁路装置，最后分析了一则由于独立监控信号设置未独立的案例，分析发现该缺陷是由于厂家电路设计错误导致的，为相关检验人员提供参考和借鉴。关键词：电梯;旁路装置;检验

Discussion on Inspection of Elevator Bypass Device

Abstract：With the increase of the new functions of the elevator，the state has also modified the inspection regulations accordingly，and addedthe inspection requirements of the bypass device in the No.2 amendment.The elevator bypass device can effectively prevent the accident causedby the artificial short circuit of the landing door and the car door lock device，which is not removed in time.The specific setting requirements ofthe bypass device in TSG T7001-2009 and amendment No.2 were introduced，as well as the specific implementation methods and functions ofthe bypass device tomeettherequirementsspecifiedintheinspectionregulations.Basedontheactualinspection，theinspectionmethodofbypass during elevator inspection was introduced，especially the inspection of landing door，car door contact and independent monitoring device.Through the interpretation of many types of elevators at present，several wrong bypass devices were analyzed.Finally，a case that the independentmonitoring signal not set independently was analyzed.It was found that the defect was caused by the manufacturer′s circuit design error，whichprovided reference for relevant inspectors.

0 引言

电梯是目前最常用的一种垂直交通工具，其一个重要的特点是在制造时就必须严格按照GB 7588的制造标准执行，同时在投入使用前必须严格实施安装监检，只有检验合格后方可投入使用[1]。较之前的电梯部件上，现有电梯的安全保护装置更多也更齐全，这大减少了运行中出现的坠落、超声、剪切等事故的发生[2]。在电梯检规2号修改单实施后，增设了一项新的安全保护装置—旁路装置[3]。

TSG T7001-2009及2号修改单对电梯旁路装置进行要求，根据2.8.6条款规定：应该在旁路装置上标明旁路装置的“旁路”状态和“关”状态;旁路时要取消正常运行，并在检修运行或者紧急电动运行下，轿厢才能运行，并且在运行期间，轿厢上的听觉信号和其闪烁灯都要发挥作用。……
