摘要：赛前准备活动是速度滑冰比赛中运动员发挥最佳竞技状态的重要组成部分。采用文献资料法、观察法和比较研究法，以荷兰、日本和中国速度滑冰运动员为研究对象，横向比较分析三个国家速度滑冰赛前准备活动组成上存在的差异。通过借鉴吸收国外高水平速滑选手赛前准备活动中科学的部分，为我国速度滑冰运动员赛前准备活动的制定提供指导，构建科学化、个性化的赛前准备活动方案，推动速度滑冰训练科学化进程，为提高我国速度滑冰运动的整体水平奠定基础。

A Comparative Study on the Pre-Match Preparations of the Chinese and Foreign Outstanding Speed Skaters TENGHai-kun

Abstract： Pre competition preparation is an importantpart of athletes' best competitive state in speed skating competition. Using the methods of literature， observaticon and comparative research， taking the pre competition preparation activities of speed skaters in the Netherlands， Jaapan and China as the research object， this paper makes a horizontal comparative analysis of the differences iin the composition of pre competition preparation activities of speed skaters in the three countries. By learning fron and absorbing the scientific part of the pre competition preparation activities of foreign high-level speed skaters， this paper provides guidance for the formulation of pre competition preparation activities of Chinese speed skaterrs， constructs a scientific and personalized pre competition preparation activity plan， promotes the scientific proceess of speed skating training， and lays a foundation for improving the overall level of speed skating in China. 做好赛前准备活动是速度滑冰运动员取得良好成绩的重要条件，准备活动的科学性可能会直接影响运动员竞技水平的发挥以及比赛的结果[1-5]。近几年，许多学者对速度滑冰运动项目的体能训练[6-8]、器材研发[9-11]、项目理论[12-14]、发展战略[1516]等进行了大量的研究，但对于我国与国外高水平速度滑冰运动员赛前准备活动的比较研究，还几乎处于空白状态。笔者对参加2016年速度滑冰世界杯比赛的中国、荷兰和日本高水平速度滑冰运动员的赛前准备活动进行比较分析，吸收借鉴国外速度滑冰运动队赛前准备活动的精华，为构建适合我国速度滑冰运动员的赛前准备活动方式提供参考，为我国速度滑冰运动员备战2022年北京冬奥会提供借鉴，实现速度滑冰项目的快速发展。
