摘 要：网络技术的飞速发展，移动终端的迅速普及，行业数据海量增长，职业院校的学生数据也不例外;同时，现阶段的职业院校学生管理工作还缺乏统一的、有针对性的以及行之有效的信息化管理手段，本文旨在通过大数据技术以及创新理念，利用学生数据，构建学生管理工作的数据化、信息化、网络化的管理模式，帮助管理者采用高效管理策略，优化管理流程，更好地为学生服务。

【Abstract】：The rapid development of network technology， the rapid expansion of mobile terminals， the massive growth of industry data， and the student data of vocational colleges are no exception; at the same time， the current stage of student management in vocational colleges lacks uniform， targeted and Effective information management methods are introduced here， through the use of big data technology and innovative ideas， using student data， to build a data-based， informatized， and networked management model for student management， helping managers adopt efficient management strategies and optimize Management process， improve management level， and better serve students.

0引言

信息时代，学生的教学以及日常生活方式都产生了天翻地覆的改变，高职院校的学生管理、人才培养要求也在不断更新。一直以来，学生的教育管理主要还是依靠个人经验、书面上的直接管理，大数据技术的深入发展与应用显然可以为高职院校的学生管理工作提供帮助。学生在日常学习和生活所产生的大量数据，通过一定的技术处理与挖掘，将为学生管理提供可靠支撑[1]。

1大数据在学生管理工作中应用意义

采用大数据技术，通过对学生的海量数据进行分析发掘，为管理者提供了全新的一种手段，相较于传统管理模式，一方面可以更全面、更容易、更迅速的收集学生相关数据，全方位分析学生的学习、生活行为、情感状态甚至心理思想，管理者可以及时……
