摘 要：针对地方高校传统电子信息类专业面对工程教育人才培养与新产业发展契合度不髙等问题，开展面向“新工科”建设背景下的地方高校电子信息类传统专业多方协同育人模式改革与实践。提出并实施“电子专业基础+新工科模块+工程实践”人才培养模式，有效地促进了传统工科专业与新产业对接，提高了专业建设水平和新工科人才培养质量。

【Abstract】：In view of the problem that the traditional electronic information majors in local colleges and universities are not a good fit with the development of new industries in the training of engineering education personnels， based on the background of "emerging engineering"， the reform and practice of the multi-aspect cooperative education mode about the traditional electronic information majors in local colleges and universities are carried out. The personnel training mode of " foundation of the electronic specialty + the module of emerging engineering eduction + the practice of engineering " was put forward and implemented， which effectively promoted the connection between traditional engineering specialty and new industries， improved the specialty construction level and the training quality of new engineering personnels.

隨着科技发展和产业转型升级，我国工程教育迫切需要培养应用型复合型创新型人才，新工科建设是我国工科教育整体改革创新的必由之路。地方本科高校主动对接新工科人才培养需求，探索构建适合自身发展的新工科建设模式是提高人才培养质量、推动学校内涵式发展的关键举措。

针对地方高校传统电子信息类专业面对工程教育人才培养与新产业发展契合度不髙、匹配度不强等问题[1-4]，围绕国家新工科战略，尤其是电子信息产业创新发展需要，立足“地方性、应用型”的办学定位，以新工科建设为契机，根据新兴产业对人才的需求，改造升级传统的电子信息类工科专业，积级开展面向“新工科”建设的地方高校电子信息类传统专业多方协同育人模式改革与实践。……
