摘要：远程协同办公由来已久，其优点显著，在团队无法聚集办公的情况显得尤为重要。但是市面上诸多的协同办公系统表面差不多，而实际功能、高低成本、灵活性等方面却千差万别。这就直接导致虽然许多企业或者单位使用了协同办公系统，但效率较低。文章通过调研分析当前远程协同办公的现状及其面临的具体问题，以“想企业所想，创企业所需”为理念，进一步提出了与之对应的设计理念及其功能设计的思路，可以给需要远程协同办公的企业和相关部门提供一些理论及实际操作的参考。

Research on the Application of Remote Cooperative Office System

Abstract： Remote collaborative office has a long history， and its advantages are significant. It is particularly important when the team is unable to work together. However， many collaborative office systems on the market are similar in appearance， but the actual functions， high and low costs， flexibility and other aspects are very different. This directly leads to many enterprises or units using the collaborative office system， but the efficiency is low. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of remote collaborative office and the specific problems it faces. Based on the concept of "think what the enterprise wants and create what the enterprise needs"， this paper further puts forward the corresponding design framework mode and the method to realize its functions， It can provide some theoretical and practical reference for enterprises and relevant departments that need remote collaborative office.

1引言

随着社会的发展，许多的企业都在全国甚至全球各地建立了员工的办公点，同时办公人员也可以根据自身的需要，选择自己合适的办公环境来更好的办公，不再受到于办公地点的限制，可以在家里、餐厅等地点进行办公，远程协同办公模式应运而生。在团队无法聚集办公时，一款适用于中小企业的协同办公系统尤为重要，可以保证办公人员们在不同的地区做到高质量、高效率、高同步且低成本的办公。
