基于Pcap01的微电容测量系统设计

摘要:为了解决机械测量仪器测量电容精度不高和速度不快的问题,该文基于PICOCAP测量原理,利用带有内部DSP单片机的单芯片电容测量方案PCAP01,设计电子测量系统实现微小电容的检测。该系统硬件主要由PCAP01芯片及其应用电路,搭配STM32最小系统、供电电路以及OLEDssd1306显示模块组成。系统软件包括电容数据采集、Pcap01与STM32之间的通信以及数据转换、STM32与OLED液晶显示器之间的通信、OLED的显示等。通过最后测试结果分析可知:基于Pcap01的微电容测量系统可以完成从几fF—几百nF的电容测量,测量周期最低可达us级。该设计可以被应用于液位测量、物位测量、加速度测量等微电容传感器测量领域。
