【摘  要】近年来，科技进步和时代发展为我国石油化工领域的创新改革带来重大机遇，而石油化工作为我国经济发展中的重要组成部分，与生物、物理、化学等多种学科相融合，是一种具有综合性的行业类型。特别是近年来，随着科学技术的成熟发展，越来越多的化工产品、设备随之增加，使得石油化工成为社会发展中的必需品。但化工生产过程中的风险因素较多。在进行生产和控制的过程中，仍然需要进行风险规避，并将安全放在首位。鉴于此，论文着重分析石油化工安全技术及安全控制方式方法，旨在更好地提高石油化工安全技术水平。

【Abstract】In recent years， the progress of science and technology and the development of the times have brought great opportunities for the innovation and reform of China's petrochemical industry. As an important part of China's economic development， petrochemical industry is a comprehensive industry with the integration of biology， physics， chemistry and other disciplines. Especially in recent years， with the mature development of science and technology， more and more chemical products and equipment increase， making petrochemical industry become a necessity in social development. However， there are many risk factors in chemical production process. In the process of production and control， there is still a need for risk aversion and safety in the first place. In view of this， this paper focuses on the analysis of petrochemical safety technology and safety control methods， so as to better improve the level of petrochemical safety technology.

1 引言

石油化工在我国经济和社会发展中一直扮演着十分重要的角色，更是国民经济稳定增长的重要保证，而随着石油化工事业的不断成熟发展，一系列潜在的风险因素也随之增多，若是无法及时有效地控制风险，会造成各种事故的发生。这说明石油化工事业的稳定、安全生产对于社会稳定有着直接的影响。在石油化工生产过程中會涉及较多的危险化工品。这些化学产品落实管理使用不当时往往会造成现场事故出现，也会对社会带来一系列不良影响[1]。

2 石油化工安全管理价值分析

由于石油化工是我国十分重要的领域，对国民经济的增长和社会的安定等方面有着突出作用。进行石油化工安全控制具有以下几点重要性：
