【摘  要】集团公司的财务信息化建设是集团公司财务管理发展的一个主要方向，利用财务共享模式，构建稳定的企业财务管理体系，是当今各集团公司的主要研究对象以及需要解决的问题。论文主要分析施工企业财务管理中存在的问题和财务共享模式对施工企业财务管理工作的影响，最终基于财务共享模式探索出有效的财务管理对策。

【Abstract】The financial informatization construction of group company is a main direction of the development of financial management of group company. Using the financial sharing mode to construct a stable enterprise financial management system is the main research object and the problem that needs to be solved in today's group companies. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the financial management in construction enterprises and the influence of financial sharing mode on the financial management work in construction enterprises. The paper finally explores effective financial management countermeasures based on the financial sharing mode.

1 引言

我国绝大多数的集团型公司的财务会计信息化都经历了会计电算化和ERP这2个阶段，现在构建共享模式下集团企业财务管理系统是全面推动集团企业实现财务共享管理的极为重要的一个步骤，但就近年来的发展以及目前的情况来看，我国绝大多数的集团企业的财务共享管理模式建设在整体上落后于大型外资企业。财务系统和业务系统独立、会计科目等基础主文档不一致等都是当下集团企业财务管理中存在的问题，这在极大程度上阻碍了财务共享管理系统的构建。

2 财务共享面临的问题

2.1 财务数据真实性和工作效率难以保证

随着集团公司业务量和业务板块的不断拓展，如何快速提升管理效率及精细化管理能力是各个部门需要解决的问题。在这种情况下，各业务部门便要以提升管理效率及精细化管理能力为目的开发购买业务管理软件，这些业务管理软件包括人资管理、供应商管理、工程项目管理、资产管理、办公自动化等。……
