【摘  要】21世纪以来，经济社会高速发展，我国对基础设施的建设更是如火箭一般高速，获得“基建狂魔”的称号。水利工程作为基础建设中举足轻重的一项基础设施，对于居民和国家都有非常重要的战略意义。因此，水利工程的管理养护工作就显得十分重要。论文从分析水利工程管理养护的现状入手，分析其中存在的问题，提出自己的建议、对策。

【Abstract】Since the 21st century， with the rapid development of economy and society， China's infrastructure construction has been greatly improved， and has won the title of "infrastructure maniac". As an important infrastructure in infrastructure construction， water conservancy project has very important strategic significance for residents and the country. Therefore， the management and maintenance work of water conservancy project is very important. This paper analyzes the current situation of water conservancy project management and maintenance， analyzes the existing problems， and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.

1 引言

我国是水利工程强国，世界排名前十的水利工程我国占了五个。但建设水利工程并不是那么简单的项目，在建设水利工程的过程中需要投入大量的人力、物力、财力，而且建设完成后的养护工作也需要大量的人力物力财力。因此，对水利工程的养护工作就显得十分重要，正确合理的养护工作可以规避安全隐患，使得水利工程高效地发挥其价值。

2 水利工程養护工作中存在的问题

水利工程的管理和养护作为一项极其复杂又需要极为系统知识的工作，需要综合运用经济学、地质学、法学等多种学科的知识才能胜任。除此之外，水利工程还容易受到社会因素、自然灾害因素等的影响，因而需要管理养护人员考虑各种不稳定因素从而制定应急备案，对可能出现的情况进行预测以备不测。但是，当前水利工程的管理养护工作中仍存在一些问题。
