【摘    要】新时代劳动教育逐渐获得学校以及社会的关注，其对素质教育的发展有着十分重要的影响，在教育领域中有着不可或缺的地位。本篇文章以劳动教育的价值内涵入手，对我国当下劳动教育出现的问题进行详细分析，并提出我们应当根据各个年龄段学生的身心健康发展等相关特征设计层层递进、持续深入劳动教育的内容，以及开展劳动教育的相关措施。

【Abstract】In the new era， labor education has gradually gained the attention of schools and society. It has a very important influence on the development of quality education and has an indispensable position in the field of education. This article starts with the value connotation of labor education， conducts a detailed analysis of the current labor education problems in our country， and proposes that we should design progressive and continuous in-depth labor education based on the physical and mental health development of students of all ages and other related characteristics. 勞动教育是学生德智体美劳整体发展的因素之一，但劳动教育在过去很长的一段时间都没有被人们所重视。由于我国新课改的不断深入，人们要求劳动教育回归的声音越来越高。当下，新时代劳动教育备受学校以及社会的关注。教育工作者应当向学生弘扬劳动精神，教育并指导他们崇尚劳动。

一、新时代小学劳动教育的价值

新时代劳动教育都有一个整体的结构，其核心就是劳动价值观。小学生的行为往往受到价值观约束引导，所以小学生是否自愿参与劳动教育，主要取决于他们是否认同劳动价值。不管是劳动教育的执行者或者是接受者，只有真正认可劳动价值，才可以在此基础上完成劳动教育。在进行劳动塑造这一点上，教育工作者应当尽最大的努力来帮助小学生们树立科学、合理的劳动观点以及积极向上的劳动思想，脱离那些“好逸恶劳”以及“不劳而获”等错误的、不正确的劳动价值观;另外，教育工作者还应当指导小学生养成尊重劳动成果、热爱劳动过程以及劳动过程中的态度。……
