【摘  要】在新时代的要求下，国有建筑施工企业的发展离不开政工队伍的建设，其对于施工质量、施工日期的保证及施工人员的效率提高都有着十分重要的作用。为确保国有建筑施工企业可以在新形势下获得更好的发展，国有建筑施工企业必须建设一支政治素養优秀、业务能力精湛的优秀政工队伍。论文从国有建筑施工企业政工队伍建设入手，简要分析政工队伍建设存在的问题，就如何抓好政工队伍的建设提出可行性建议。

【Abstract】Under the requirements of the new era， the development of state-owned construction enterprises can not be separated from the construction of political work team， which plays a very important role in ensuring the construction quality， construction date and improving the efficiency of construction personnel. In order to ensure that the state-owned construction enterprises can get better development under the new situation， the state-owned construction enterprises must build an excellent political work team with excellent political accomplishment and superb professional ability. Starting with the construction of political work team in state-owned construction enterprises， the paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the construction of political work team， and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to do a good job in the construction of political work team.

1 引言

政工干部是开展思想政治工作的重要执行者和组织者，抓好政工队伍建设是促使国有建筑施工企业快速发展的重要前提条件，政工队伍的建设可以从根本上解决企业员工与企业之间的矛盾，有利于优化企业的人际关系建设，增强企业的向心力、凝聚力。因此，必须要重视企业的政工队伍建设工作，以优秀的政工队伍保证工程完成质量，激发员工工作积极性以及主动性，提高企业员工的整体素质，使得企业拥有持续发展的动力，提升企业的市场竞争力[1]。

2 国有建筑施工企业政工队伍建设存在的主要问题

第一， 队伍年龄结构不均衡。企业过于重视技术人员的招聘，忽视了政工人员的更新换代，导致政工人员老龄化严重。

第二，思想政治工作定位不准确。政工队伍人员需要掌握的技术与知识过多，相关技术人员需要付出更多的努力。……
