【摘  要】在现代市场经济的发展当中，工商管理作为一项重要的宏观调控手段，能够在推动社会经济发展方面起到至关重要的作用，特别是对于市场经济环境下的金融风险，能够起到更好的规避作用，为社会经济的公正有序发展打下良好的基础。而随着我国当前对外开放程度的不断加深，国际市场经济的影响更为明显，我国企业在国际竞争当中扮演着更加重要的角色，这就使得其自身的经营风险大大提升。

【Abstract】 In the development of the modern market economy， as an important means of macroeconomic regulation and control， business management plays a crucial role in promoting the social and economic development. Especially in the market economy environment， it can play a better role in avoiding the financial risk， which can lay a good foundation for the fair and orderly development of social economy.  With the deepening of China's opening to the outside world， the impact of the international market economy is more obvious， and Chinese enterprises play a more important role in international competition， which makes their own business risks greatly increased.

1 引言

在经历四十余年的改革开放以后，我国的经济水平快速提升，已经成为了世界第二大经济体，同时也成为了世界上规模最大的商品市场，为国民经济的发展打下了良好基础。从当前国民经济的发展现状来看，随着我国对外开放程度的不断加深，市场经济体制愈加完善，这也就为企业发展提供了更多的机遇。特别是在当前的市场环境下，我国经济发展与国际市场之间的交流更加频繁，这也就为国内市场的发展提供了更多的挑战与机遇，经营风险也随之提升。所以说，在当前的市场经济发展中，必须要强化工商管理的作用，发挥出其在推动国民经济增长当中的优势，创造更大的经济与社会价值，为人民群众生活水平的改善打下良好的物质基础。

2 工商管理对经济发展的促进作用

从当前的经济发展来看，工商管理工作的促进作用首先体现在规范市场主体方面，通过对当前的市场主体进行有效管理，更好地保障市场经济秩序，为企业的发展提供可靠的保障。……
