城市供水管网的漏损原因分析及控制措施

【摘 要】虽然我国总体水资源量非常可观,可人均水资源量并不是十分充足,仅为世界平均水平的四分之一。水是孕育生命的源泉,每年的3月22日,是“世界水日”。党的十八大上习近平主席提出“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”十六字的新时代治水新方针。节水优先,就是要珍惜每一滴水资源,最大程度减少损耗。而城市给水供水管网的损漏,则是困扰目前节水最大的难题之一,所以如何控制管网的漏损量已经成为各个地区的头等大题。论文针对城市供水管网的漏损原因及控制措施进行了分析。
【Abstract】Although the total amount of water resources in China is very considerable, the amount of water resources per capita is not very sufficient, which is only one fourth of the world average level. Water is the source of life. Every year on March 22, it is the "World Water Day". At the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, President Xi Jinping put forward the sixteen words "water conservation priority, spatial balance, systematic management, two-handed efforts", a new guideline for water control in the new era. Giving priority to water saving means that we should cherish every drop of water and reduce the loss to the greatest extent. The loss and leakage of the urban water supply pipe network is one of the biggest problems plaguing water saving at present, so how to control the leakage of urban water supply pipe network has become the top problem in all regions. This paper analyzes the leakage causes and control measures of urban water supply pipe network.

1 城市供水管网的现状
城乡建设统计年鉴数据表明,2017年全国公共供水管网综合漏损率为14.57%(城市和县城)。根据江苏省扬中市供水公司提供的资料来看,存在以下几个问题:设施建设标准低,旧城区管网建设严重滞后;部分企业乱接乱建导致出水水质不稳定,管网混乱;近年来城市建设中车辆超重超载碾压,造成管网下沉变形、渗漏。这三点也是造成管网漏损、混乱的最主要原因。
2 管网漏损中出现的问题
2.1 管道
江苏省扬中市铺设的管道,建成至今已经有三四十年的历史,由于时间的久远,陈旧的管网不可避免有很多问题。老旧的主管网大多为水泥管道和一些锈迹斑斑的铁管钢管,随着交通产业的发展,水泥管道在道路下的承压能力已经不能满足现今社会需要,车辆的重力压力和大型建筑的遍地开花,很容易使管道破裂。……
