【摘  要】在当前的复杂多变的经济形势下，成渝地区双城经济圈建设提上日程。良好的地理优势，高铁设站以及区情的有利变化等因素，使大足工业的发展天时地利人和。而如何抓住发展契机下好这盘重要的棋是关键一步：一是优化营商环境;二是助推工业企业夯实内功;三是抓住新形势下的新机遇;四是适时适度的未来前瞻。

【Abstract】Under the current complex and changeable economic situation， the construction of double city economic circle in Chengdu Chongqing area was put on the agenda. Good geographical advantages， high-speed railway stations and favorable changes in the regional situation make the industrial development of Dazu at a favorable time， place and people. How to grasp the opportunity of development to play this important chess is a key step. Firstly， optimizing business environment; Secondly， promoting the industrial enterprises to consolidate their internal skills; Thirdly， seizing the new opportunities under the new situation; Fourth， looking forward to the future in a timely and appropriate way.

1 引言

成渝城市群以成都、重庆为中心，是西部大开发的重要平台，是全面融入“一带一路”和长江经济带建设，打造新的经济增长极的重要举措。成渝轴线区域是支撑成渝城市群发展的“脊梁”，是川渝合作和成渝城市群发展的重要承载地。大足作为成渝轴线联盟的率先发起人，为深入贯彻习近平總书记关于推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设的重要指示精神，实施了一系列工业强区举措。

2 对大足工业发展的认识与定位

看大足的经济发展，一定要放在世界、全国、全省的视野下，从历史、现实、未来的长镜头里，从工业、农业、文旅等产业发展的全领域中，从干部、企业、群众等多角度出发客观、辩证、深入、具体地分析和研判。

一个地方的发展，工业是根本。一个经济强省、经济强市，没有不是工业强的。大足要想稳住经济的基本面，首当其冲的就是要稳住工业经济。就大足目前来看，推动经济发展的优势是工业，但最大的困难也是工业。……
