Its hard to believe that before 1985 people in Britain dont use mobile phones. That was the year what the first mobile phone company began its business in the UK， although in other parts of Europe mobiles had used for several years.

Early mobiles in Britain were much bigger than we are today. Some of them weighed about 5kg and the owners had to pay several thousand of pounds for them.
