摘要：儿童是档案馆服务的重要组成部分。研究对美、英、加、澳四国档案馆所开展的儿童服务进行调查，从教育类、活动类和展览类对具体服务进行分类介绍。国外档案馆儿童服务具有活动主题丰富、服务细分群体、倡导家长参与等特点。最后结合我国档案馆实践，从活动主题、活动形式、活动品牌及活动影响力提出儿童服务的对策与建议。

Abstract：Children are important objects of ar？ chives service. The research investigates the chil？ drens service carried out by archives in the United States、Britain、Canada and Australia， and classifies the specific services from education、activities and ex？ hibitions. Childrens service in foreign ar？ chives has the characteristics of rich theme、subdivided service groups and ad？ vocatingparentsparticipation.Finally， combined with the practice of archives in China，the countermeasures and sugges？ tions of childrens service are put forward from the theme、form、brand and influ？ ence of activities.

國外档案馆在儿童服务方面具有主题丰富、形式多样、方式灵活等特点，能够为我国档案馆开展相关服务提供参考与借鉴[1]。研究选取美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚为主要调查对象，采用网络调查法对美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚档案馆官方网站上有关儿童服务情况进行全面收集与整理。结合目前国内档案馆儿童服务的现实情况，进行国内外比较分析，从而提炼国外档案馆儿童服务的共性和特色。以此为基础，构建我国档案馆儿童服务发展的路径，以期促进我国档案馆儿童服务实践创新。

一、国外档案馆儿童服务实践现状

国外儿童相关服务与活动通过档案馆网站专栏或报道进行宣传与介绍，研究通过访问国外档案馆官方网站，收集有关面向儿童所呈现的服务，并对其内容进行整理与分析。所推出的活动项目大致可以分为教育类、活动类和展览类三种类型，具体内容如表1所示。由表可见，美国国家档案馆侧重于教育类，英国国家档案馆和加拿大国家档案馆侧重于活动类，澳大利亚国家档案馆更偏重于展览类。……
