摘  要：同期线损覆盖全电压等级，包含全影响要素、贯穿全业务层级，通过对重点指标开展实时监控，可有效提升线损管理水平。本文基于对线损影响因素的研究，一方面从监控指标和监控对象两个维度构建同期线损实时监控指标体系，实时监控各类指标动态，辅助各业务部门做好线损管理工作。另一方面基于监控结果，从线损异常诊断、用电行为分析、节能降损及技经分析等方面，开展同期线损实时监控指标体系的应用。

Research and Application of Real-Time Line Loss Monitoring Index System for the Same Period

Abstract： The line loss in the same period covers the whole voltage level， contains the whole influence factor， runs through the whole service level， through carries on the real-time monitoring to the key index， may effectively enhance the line loss management level. Based on the study of the influencing factors of line loss， on the one hand， a real-time monitoring index system of line loss for the same period is constructed from the two dimensions of monitoring index and monitoring object， assist each business department to do well line loss management. On the other hand， based on the monitoring results， the application of real-time monitoring index system of line loss in the same period is carried out from the aspects of abnormal diagnosis of line loss， analysis of power consumption behavior， energy saving and loss reduction as well as technical and economic analysis.

随着国网同期线损系统的推广 ，线损治理成为基层单位常态化工作之一。目前基层单位在线损治理工作中，仍需要投入大量人力进行手工分析，缺乏有效的智能化分析手段，治理效果难以得到有效提升与保证[1]。因此亟需研究线损影响因素，构建同期线损实时监控指标体系，实时监控各类指标动态，辅助各业务部门做好线损管理工作。

1  线损影响因素研究

线损是电能从发电厂传输到用户过程中，在输电、变电、配电和用电各环节中所产生的电能损耗，主要由技术线损与管理线损两部分构成[2]。由线损的组成可知，线损主要受技術线损与管理线损的影响，因此从这两方面对线损成因进行研究，辅助同期线损实时监控指标体系研究的构建。
