摘  要：本文检索了2010—2020年近11年知网上发表的BIM技术相关论文以及佰腾网上申请的BIM技术相关专利，基于文献计量的研究方法以及通过VOSviewer数据可视化软件对数据进行分析研究，得出中国BIM技术研究与应用正处在十分迅速发展的阶段，近11年BIM技术研究热点，主要集中在建筑设计、可视化、工程造价、装配式建筑、三维模型、施工管理、项目管理等领域，并在许多新兴领域也有极大的研究前景。同时也发现BIM技术目前在一些领域研究的不足之处，BIM技术在建筑施工全生命周期的应用也存在发展不全面的问题，应在设计及管理阶段加强对BIM技术的应用。

Analysis on the Research Hotspot and Application of BIM Technology in China

Abstract： Based on Bibliometric research methods and data analysis by VOSviewer data visualization software， this paper searches the BIM Technology related papers published on CNKI from 2010 to 2020 and the BIM Technology related patents applied by Baiteng. It concludes that China's BIM Technology Research and application is in a very rapid development stage， and BIM Technology research hotspots in recent 11 years， It mainly focuses on architectural design， visualization， engineering cost， prefabricated building， three-dimensional model， construction management， project management and other fields， and has great research prospects in many emerging fields. At the same time， it also finds the deficiencies of BIM Technology in some areas， and the application of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of construction also has the problem of incomplete development. We should strengthen the application of BIM Technology in the design and management stage.

BIM全稱为Building Information Modeling，早期由建筑行业提出，后逐渐拓展到工程建设全领域。BIM技术作为近年来工程建设行业极为热门的研究发展领域，越来越多的从业者开始关注BIM技术的相关发展情况。本文想通过对BIM技术2010—2020年相关论文发表情况以及相关专利申请情况的整理分析，从而了解近年来BIM技术相关研究热点及发展趋势，为该领域今后的理论研究及实际应用提供一点的参考。

1  相关论文发表情况研究

1.1 总体发展趋势概述

以“BIM技术”作为关键词在知网（https：//www.cnki.net/）上对2010—2020年发表的论文进行检索，搜集论文数据并整理，结果如图1所示。并以关键词为重点，使用VOSviewer数据可视化软件对论文数据进行处理，结果如图2所示。

从图1可以看出，BIM技术相关研究的发展十分迅速，近10年有关研究论文数量每年都增长，增幅越来越大且仍成上升趋势。……
