摘  要：目的  小儿厌食症患儿通过复方鸡内金咀嚼片和布拉氏酵母菌散展开联合治疗，分析临床效果。方法  本次研究中所抽取的病例均来自于重庆北部宽仁医院在2019年2月～2019年12月期间收治的小儿厌食症的患儿60例，以随机数字表法分组，对照组（n=30）通过布拉式酵母菌治疗，观察组（n=30）以此为基础，通过小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、摄食量评分、体重、身高、体质指数（BMI指数）、血锌、铁、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素。结果  观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组患儿，观察组患儿用药后血锌、铁、每日摄食量、体重、身高、BMI指数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后，两组患儿的谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论  通过小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片和布拉氏酵母菌散对小儿厌食症患儿进行联合治疗，治疗效果显著提升。

Abstract： Objective  In children with anorexia， combined treatment with compound Gallus gallus domesticus and Saccharomyces boulardii powder was used to analyze the clinical effect. Methods  The cases selected in this study were all from 60 infantile anorexia patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to December 2019. They were grouped by random number table method， and the control group was passed by Brasilia yeast Based on this， the observation group used the childrens compound Gallus gallus domesticus chewable tablets to compare the total effective rate of treatment， food intake score， weight， height， BMI index， blood zinc， iron， alanine aminotransferase， Total Bilirubin. Results  The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The blood zinc， iron， daily food intake， weight， height， and BMI index of the observation group were higher than those in the control group after medication. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After treatment， there was no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin between the two groups of patients（P>0.05）. Conclusion  The combined treatment of infantile anorexia patients with compound Ji Nei Jin chewable tablets for children and Saccharomyces boulardii powder has significantly improved the therapeutic effect.

厭食症主要发生于6岁以下儿童，主要表现为长期厌恶进食，每天摄食量大大降低。有关统计表明[1]：6岁以下儿童发生厌食症的概率在10%～30%之间。临床中主要表现出食欲下降、腹痛、便秘、拒绝进食、体重降低等。对患儿的生长发育以及脑力发育极为不利。小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片属于中药制剂，可以起到良好效果。现将重庆北部宽仁医院在2019年10月～2020年10月期间收治的小儿厌食症患儿的治疗效果展示如下。
