摘  要：作为公共图书馆服务的重要组成部分，参考咨询服务越来越受到重视，而且也是公共图书馆的吸引力和竞争力所在。在5G智慧时代，如何适应形势发展需要，大力推动参考咨询服务改革与创新，是公共图书馆必须高度重视的重大问题。该文对5G智慧时代公共图书馆参考咨询服务进行了研究和探讨，在简要分析5G智慧时代对公共图书馆参考咨询服务的新要求基础上，重点分析了5G时代公共图书馆参考咨询服务存在的问题，最后提出了有针对性的优化对策。

Public Library Reference Service in the 5G Smart Era

Abstract： As an important part of public library services， reference consulting services have received more and more attention， and it is also the attraction and competitiveness of public libraries. In the 5G smart era， how to adapt to the development needs of the situation and vigorously promote the reform and innovation of reference consulting services is a major issue that public libraries must attach great importance to. This article researches and discusses the reference and consulting services of public libraries in the 5G smart era. Based on a brief analysis of the new requirements for public library reference services in the 5G smart era， it focuses on the problems of public library reference services in the 5G era. Finally， targeted optimization countermeasures are proposed.

随着我国信息化的快速发展，5G技术日益成熟，同时5G的应用也越来越广泛，我国已经步入5G智慧时代，对各行各业都具有十分重要的影响。在5G智慧時代，公共图书馆要想更有效地展参考咨询服务，应当切实加大服务理念和服务模式创新，只有这样，才能适应5G智慧时代，进而提升参考咨询服务的整体水平。通过对5G智慧时代公共图书馆参考咨询服务的整体运行情况进行研究与分析，尽管从总体上来看，公共图书馆在信息化、网络化建设方面已经取得了一定的成效，而且也在朝着智能化的方向发展，但仍然面临诸多问题，特别是要智慧图书馆建设方面还存在很多制约因素，直接导致参考咨询服务的科学化、效能化水平不高，一些公共图书馆参考咨询服务的吸引力和影响力还不强，服务的针对性和特色化也相对较低。……
